Bring your mat – classes adjustable for all levels of practitioners.
Fee: $40 per month or $10 drop in.
Fitness/T’ai Ji – A moving meditation that will allow you to practice being peaceful with your eyes open. Get strong and flexible in this soft form that will benefit your joints and muscles.
