Bring your mat – classes adjustable for all
levels of practitioners.
Fee: $40 per month or $10 drop in.
Fitness/T'ai Ji – A moving meditation
that will allow you to practice being peaceful with your eyes open. Get
strong and flexible in this soft form that will benefit your joints and
muscles.

Jade Daniels is a Master of T'ai Ji and Yoga – practicing
